Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan says she was Not loaded on grandpa's cough medicine aka booze, hooch, or liquor when she busted her butt in NYC telling TMZ flat-out, "I was NOT drinking, nor do I drink!"

LiLo is on the defensive after being photographed going down hard outside the Motor City Bar on Wednesday  because some people had the audacity to think she was falling down outside a bar may mean she fell off the wagon.

But that's not the case because Lilo told :
"I was with my brother, sister and friends. I was making a joke. They're trying to make something out of nothing." Lilo adds, "Just because I'm out doesn't mean I'm drinking."

Lindsay Lohan: Face same treatment as Paris

Lindsay Lohan will likely spend several weeks inside a nondescript two-story building next to a busy freeway in an industrial neighborhood far removed from Hollywood. as part of her punishment for violating her DUI probation .

LiLo is slated to begin her sentence Tuesday at the bleak, 16-year-old Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California., just south of downtown Los Angeles. She would be housed in the 2,200-bed facility's special needs unit, where she would live in isolation for her own safety.

Thanks to jail overcrowding and a state program that credits inmates for good behavior, nonviolent female misdemeanor offenders such as lilo typically serve only about 25 percent of their sentences, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore.

Lindsay Lohan: Birthday Bang

Cops showed up at lindsey lohan's 24th birthday bash at Hollywood haunt, Beso...

She opted to celebrate in simpler form Friday night, with a quiet dinner party for about 20 of her closest friends after that much-talked about birthday punch in the face earlier this week .

Unfortunately,She didn't offer the same simple evening courtesy to her back-in-action assistant Eleonore, who was detained by police upon arrival at Beso for some vehicular violations.



the Lohan gang, which included little sis Ali and British socialite Lady Victoria Hervey, was running a little late, and that Eleonore was escorting them to the event in Lindsay's SUV-which apparently has blacked out license plates and too-tinted windows.



Also, the crew was in such a rush to deliver the birthday girl, Eleonore reportedly ran a stop sign somewhere along the way—all violations Lohan's assistant was actually charged with on the spot, in front of a zillion paparazzos, when cops pulled up the restaurant behind the SUV.




LiLO bolted the scene and headed inside to whoop it up at her party, leaving Eleonore to deal with the police situation. Of course, after the whole debacle, E unloaded her's presents from the car and joined everyone in Beso.

Lindsey lohan : Got punched in birthday

Lindsey Lohan was allegedly punched in the face early today by a waitress at a LA club on her 24th birthday.A witness told Us magazine's website that lilo -who sipped Red Bulls and hid her SCRAM bracelet with thigh-high boots  was assaulted at the Voyeur Nightclub on Santa Monica Boulevard.
The "Herbie: Fully Loaded" star was ordered last month to wear the anklet, which detects alcohol in her sweat, after missing probation hearings related to drug and DUI arrests.

"The waitress has a history with actor Doug Reinhardt, and Lohan was hanging out with him. She was jealous, and out of nowhere, the waitress punched her in the face!" the insider says.

"Doug didn't want any part of it and went to the other side of the booth. Lohan ran out."

Lohan confirmed the incident."A waitress just hit me -- punched me for no reason," Lohan said in a Twitter message around 1 a.m. West Coast time.

The night didn't get much better from there for her.She then decided to go to a party at the nearby Rockstar House and ran into the waitress for a second time.

"Lohan showed up and cried because the waitress was there as well," said another source. "Some birthday."

Last month, Lohan missed a date in Judge Revel's courtroom because she said her passport had been stolen while she was at the Cannes film festival in France.
