Clearly all this Janathon running is paying off - as definitive proof (aside from my ego being stroked) is the massive news that I have rediscovered my ribs - I can actually feel the curve of the bottom of my rib cage - that's a new experience for me. I may still have a pot belly but I can feel my ribs through a not too thick layer of fat - crazy but so exciting as holy bikini grail is finally getting a bit closer.

This morning's training efforts were admittedly a bit painful - on account of still feeling a tad sick from eating too much easter themed sugar filled confectionary the previous evening - let that be a cautionary tale to you all!! But despite the nausea, I managed 2 miles of running and a rather hardcore Mel-special morning circuit session alongside some new and old SUPERchick faces.
EXCITING NEWS - the legendary PT is back and no surprise she is still light years ahead on the TRX/ any ab/ leg exercises when compared to a mere mortal like me. You wouldn't guess that it was PT's first session back and I'd been working out like a demon for the past few weeks - I managed two whole pike crunches on the TRX and I'm PROUD (though I'm not quite so proud of collapsing on the tarmac and wanting to cry like a baby - but we'll skate over that bit)!!
Thought of the day: You know the circuit is a killer when you're actually R.E.L.I.E.V.E.D to be sent for a run - SO, SO WRONG xx
