The incident showed the world how the local police failed to deliver a strategic operation plan plus the lack of proper equipment. The hostage-taking incident at Quirino Grandstand in Manila took the lives of eight tourists from Hongkong. This episode airs Thursday (August 25) after "Bandila" on ABS-CBN.
