Going for Gold

SERIOUSLY - I've just discovered that I may have a chance of making it to the 2012 Olympics after all.

WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooo.

No I didn't win the ballot for tickets OR the subsequent ticket ballot OR the ballot after that, for the over 70s Olympic croquet tournament or whatever undersubscribed event was left ;-))

And no my application for 'Trampolinist MOST terrified of heights' Olympic contest has not been accepted.

BUT it turns out I have a chance of 'dropping'* the Olympic Torch en route to it's 2012 London Olympic home. All thanks to my sisters for nominating me. Knew having sisters would come in useful one day! ;-))

(*I'm obsessed with how that baby remains lit 24/7 - across lands, seas and in all weathers. How? How? I wouldn't really drop it. OK maybe I would but a) only for scientific reasons and b) only if no-one was looking.)

BUT, BUT, BUT - in order to have a chance of actually getting my paws on the Olympic Flame and getting as close to Olympian glory as this girl EVER will, I REALLLLLLLLY need your help.

  1. Please check out my Olympic Nomination now. It will take you just 60 seconds. Plus I featured as many of you as I could ;-)) Yes this is a legitimate work activity if your boss asks. So. Click. Now.
  2. 'LIKE' it (really what's to hate - unless you're allergic to pink!?)
  3. Even better support my nomination - i.e. pretend you know & like me and complete the box below the video.
  4. Tweet/ FB/ share my nomination with your friends - here's the link http://bit.ly/ob1cvT
Pretty pretty please. I can't tell you HOW grateful I would be. Plus why should the kids have ALLLL the fun?! (It is not lost on me that the average age of my fellow nominees is around 16. I'm guessing this is EXACTLY why my kind, kind sisters nominated me!)

In hindsight, just crashing the Olympic partay may have been simpler! xx

Learning to PACE

Feb 6th 2011 - my best paced run of the year.
It's no coincidence THIS is the run I am MOST proud of this year.
Just tried to grab the split times for this run but Nike+ refuses to let me login until I upload another run
- CRUEL, oh so cruel. ;-)

Thanks so much for all the good wishes and the pacing advice - y'all saying the same thing about needing to start slower and being more consistent with le running. It's starting to sink in. Honest ;-)

I have 5 x 10km practise runs left before my 1/2 marathon attempt - so that's what I'm going to focus on:
  1. Perfecting a 6.5 minute kilometer / 10 minute mile pace
  2. Maintaining that pace from start to finish
  3. Walking way way less - max once a mile
ADDITIONAL MUST DO: Learn to run with at least half a banana consumed pre-run. I really hate eating anything pre-exercise but whilst running 10km on empty is manageable, running longer distances requires some fuel. Yesterday's experience taught me that.

I'm sticking to 10kms til race day as I categorically refuse to do another 'long' run not under race conditions - I am still so wiped from yesterday - even despite staying on the couch all day yesterday watching 11 episodes of NCIS and being tucked up in bed parentally early. Peeps I was even too tired to eat ;-) I count it as a victory that I even got out of bed today. Anything I accomplish on top of that is a feat of miraculous proportions. Seriously. Tired. Lungs. Today. Probably an indication I haven't done anything like enough training but I'm ignoring that pink elephant till after the 25th.

(Saying that, the only reason I got out of bed this morning was to get to Leanfit - I did just enough burpees etc to remind my lungs who's boss, stretched out, then quit 12 mins later ;-)

Plus reflecting on yesterday's achievement, I've now set my 1/2 marathon goal:
  • Under 2 hours 15 mins is my ultimate goal - A* (not to mention f***ing miraculous. If I pull this off the Veuve Clicqout's on me)
  • Under 2 hours 20 mins is a really, really great effort - B
  • Under 2 hours 30 mins - C grade
  • Completing the course - it's the experience that counts
This girl prides herself on being an A* student. Just saying ;-) xx

1hr49mins!!!

This is the closest I'll ever get to a Boston Qualifier - teeheehee.
This lady was miles ahead of me (literally) and 30 seconds behind Curtis. They both passed me at the 8 mile mark (lucky things). I was only at the 5 mile mark. RESPECT.

I did it! Not the most elegant race, not the fastest, but my longest race, never mind run, and my first ever 15km so it's a PB regardless. YAY! But next time I'm signing up for this:

1km kids' race

Definitely felt very nervous pre-race - that was until I was practically knocked over by Curtis: That energiser bunny was just looking to kill a hour before Crossfit. FYI: Curtis I was kidding when I asked if you were aiming for a sub-hour 15km time. I didn't really think it was possible. But what do I know? Actually there were a number of sub hour 15km finishers. Next time ;-))

To confirm - unlike Curtis I did not Crossfit today - I saw the today's CF routine posted last night and a 15km run looked easier. ;-)

Lining up with 2200 other competitors

Beautiful day for a run - 70 degrees!! peeps -
& constantly breezy down by the river
Apparently Texas hasn't been this cool/ cold since March.

So happy with my 10km time
Only 1 minute slower than my last 10km race (LOVEhearts) in February 2011
DESPITE currently being 20lbs heavier :-( than I was in 6 months ago.

Starting to drop back - had a mild panic attack about the distance still to cover at the 8 mile mark and had to walk it off for a bit. That and not eating anything since waking up was starting to hit me.

Less than 20 seconds after crossing the line - I was happily ensconced in a chair
Resting my dusty tired feet.
Check out the US race timer chip.

All my runs since Feb this year.
The 10km peak in the middle - 5 June - is actually's AJ's 10km race
Proof - this distance and race was a BIGGGGGGG stretch for me.

Lots of walking dips. What's new?!

Celebrating on the couch
 - my preferred recovery position ;-)
Just need to work up the energy to eat some food:

Post race yumminess

Happy Labor Day Y'all - Next race 1/2 Marathon in 20 days !! xx

Just registered for my 1st Half-Marathon!!!!

I've just registered for my first Half Marathon race. Never been quite so far out of my comfort zone.

Let's hope this rings true - Miss S! xx

You can probably tell from the cowboy boot race logo that there's been a slight change of plan in my Half Marathon location! To explain: I'd actually been putting off registering for my Half Marathon race as:
  • I'm in SLIGHT denial that it's happening

  • Realistically I'm not even slightly physically ready to run 12.3 miles (mentally I'm all what can be so bad about two 10kms - I say this despite never running a complete 10km non-stop?! What do I know!)

  • BUT mostly I haven't been feeling the San Fran Half Marathon: The course is basically three laps of a hilly lake and it seems designed for pros. Urgh.

So today, I had another hunt around and I found a Half-Marathon winner - this just feels a bit more me, that and it's in the great state of Texas and BONUS! only a short distance away by Texas standards ;-)

PINKARAMA!!

Plus as it's on the 25th September I get an EXTRA week to train. SUPERDUPERFABULISTIC! I'm still not convinced I will achieve enough in 5 weeks run training wise but 5 weeks is better than 4 weeks! I NEED time - this was Thursday's dismal effort - in my defence I was running in a non-rainy lightning storm, in the dark and I had to stay with my route marker and keep slowing to a walk rather than overtake my route marker else I'd have gotten completely lost/ freaked out.

One of my finest efforts clearly!

Of all the things that appeal about 'Heels, Hills and Him' Half Marathon, namely:
  1. It is designed with unintimidating & accessible fitness and FUN in mind

  2. The race founder is a lady who was a Multiple Sclerosis sufferer who was told she would never be able to run again. NEVER tell a lady they can't do something ;-)) Just Saying.

  3. The race brand is PINK!!

But my favourite thing is the 100% enticement of a finisher's man-to-take-home................... ok ok medal. But their advertising - 'tis misleading! Han will know exactly what I'm talking about here but you should never have to undertake a mammoth race and NOT come away with a finisher's medal - especially if you've just so happened to have completed 60km!

One of the less attractive things about Heels & Hills is - I'm hazarding a guess from the race title here - that there are a couple of not-so-small hills somewhere on the route. Might need to do a pre-race rece to Irving just to mentally prepare myself.

So as you admire my HALF-MARATHON race registration confirmation, please excuse me, I have an 8km date with a treadmill. (Good job you don't need your arms to run ;-)) - mine are killing) xx

* Special Note: Changing the date of my half-marathon race had nothing to do with being invited to a Tailgate party & American Football game on the day before my original race date ;-))

Racing from one race to the next!

AJ and Sarah pre-race. The look of confidence. LOVE IT.

Seriously this week has been a complete whirlwind. I'm actually just so thankful I've made it. NO LIE. When I wrote this week's to do list and four sides of A4 later the list still wasn't complete, I nearly had a mild heart attack. But I am now a to do list Queen - actually I'm the ALL DONE with a Shiny Bow on Top Queen (that is, until I write the list for this week of course!)

Here are just some of my shiny bow highlights - just in case you have had trouble sleeping ;-) I've moved out of my flat, the subletter is in situ and she is LOVELY, I have sorted currency, insurance, rebooked flights (courtesy of my way too smart friends and their Bar exams ;-)), I negotiated a £3million work contract in under a week, my suitcase is packed and now closes although lifting it is still a feat of science fiction - America has AJ to thank for the fact that I'm actually bringing a suitcase at all and not going travelling commando except for my everyday lycra getup. The suitcase would have been hurled out of the window, for sure, if lifting it more than a nanometer was a possibility. I LOATHE packing and I will continue to do so until the Mary Poppins/ Hermione's bag charm that automatically packs and sorts everything you own into a bag the size of a handbag and that weighs less than a kilo becomes a reality. To me this goal rivals world peace. Until then apparently I can buy everything I might need in America. Even shampoo. Thanks a million AJ! xx

BUT back to the business of this blog. Today was the long awaited 10km time trial (remember my bet to run 10km in 55 mins and under) well today was THAT day.  Unfortunately this week's manic to do list mania has full out knackered me and running wise I am only good for the scrap heap:
  • My 5km attempt on Wednesday proved that much - I managed 3.75 km and that was with a 5 min full stop REST mid run;

  • Thursday training's 0.5km intervals confirmed this - I had to stop and walk as soon as I was out of sight (the old school gym trick)

  • And yesterday brought the message home - people noticing that I was breathing like a steam train just whilst walking or sitting.

Not a good sign. Lung meltdown at the worst possible time ever. A course of superstrong steroids, sleep and a 4 month holiday - wahooooo!!! will sort the breathing issues and ensure I don't actually suffocate any time soon BUT as steroids are essentially performance enhancing drugs - it seemed like an unfair advantage over AJ ;-)) - well that is if I could run more than 300 yards without needing to lie down and die.

LONG STORY SHORT - Sadly I limited my participation today to the pre-race warm up and being chief cheerleader. BUT AJ and Sarah were simply amazing. AJ pulled off such a solid 10km performance - 1 hour 5 mins!!!!, saving her sub hour 10km PB for when she and I go head to head 10km time trialling in October right?! ;-)) and Sarah restrained herself from running off with a cup...... but only just and only because this was her first race post toe break!

It was actually a delight being able to heckle - oops I meant encourage - the runners round the course - including a couple of my work colleagues who are seriously impressive runners - 41 min 10km anyone? INSANE.

But now for the real goodies of the day - the photos!!

The field lining up: 30-35 minute 10kers at the front
Wha............t the F*&@

Admiring the view

From my race position.

The Glam Victors with their spoils.
Yes they ARE now sponsored by Capri-Sun! Only the best for the best!!
Unfortunately cups to drink from were only provided for the top three.
Next time Sarah, Capri-Sun shall be swigged from a cup - straws optional!

Very nice rankings!!

AJ's run profile on the Nikeband - not set to her pace mind.
CHECK the superimpressive SPRINT FINISH

Two races this week and not a medal in sight for me. But important lessons learned none the less: Just like with food I have to learn that my enthusiasm is sometimes greater than what is physically good for me.

So I've pared down my next running goal in line with my current actual ability - for the next few weeks I will be working on being able to run 5km comfortably in 90-100 degree Texan heat in preparation for some real life running action with the legend that is Ben does Life. CANNOT FREAKING WAIT.

Similarly excitingly AJ is now working towards a kilomathon - 26.2km race - JO is always AMAZING!! and Sarah is half-marathoning it next weekend - cup glory will be hers for sure.

The race to be the best runners we can be NEVER ends! xx

Hannah's First Race

Tonight was the British Heart Foundation 5km Canary Wharf Jog as the tee, modelled here by Hannah indicates:

Smiling pre-race aka hiding the nerves well = good sign!!

32 minutes and 5km later - Hannah is still smiling = even better sign!!!

Or wait is that hysteria?!

Seriously WELL DONE Ms Hannah Banana: We'll make a Marathon Runner out of you yet. ;-))

Hannah only did two running sessions prior to this event - her first ever race.

Hannah's recommended training plan is as follows:
1 mile jog on the treadmill four days before the race
followed by a 5km jog on the treadmill on pre-race day.
Completely mad but it worked.......... for Hannah.

I was also running alongside Hannah tonight to help keep her going .....well........supposedly.

But hey as a means of avoiding retelling another tale of my limitless running incompetence INSTEAD check out these bundles of cuteness currently rocking my morning walks to work:

Cuteness Exhibit 1:

Cuteness Exhibit 2:

Cuteness Exhibit 3:

Too sweet. Almost as sweet as Hannah's accomplishment this evening. WELL DONE HANNAH - seriously impressive doesn't even come 5km close! Plus not kidding about you subbing for me on Sunday for the 10km!! xx

London Moonwalk: A Walk on the Wild Side!

Face Art all courtesy of my outrageous demands and the insanely talented GG (check the costumes below)!!

Moonwalk. Take 2. One of the longest days followed by the shortest day of my life - I went to bed at 9am this morning and woke up at 6pm - nooooooooo such a waste of my Sunday and a gorgeously sunny Sunday at that. I'm writing this still feeling punch drunk with tiredness. So please forgive me if I ramble a little.

My partners in crime for this event:
Sarah's Mum & Hottest 'Bird of a Feather' of her local Ramblers Club: Janis
(Janis' stories about teaching hopeless numpties (aka me when I was a pupil) hockey and tennis, despite now approaching the big 60!!! nearly/actually had me wetting myself)
& Every Fireman's Dream (as we discovered first hand traversing Chelsea during the early hours!!): Debbie

These ladies were insanely good company - gossiping about men's dating chat up lines never gets old and evidently they DO NOT improve with the years it appears. Note to self: The Ramblers is where all the action is at! Everytime these ladies spoke - I ended up in heaps of giggles and nearly in a heap on the floor.

Three bits of essential Moonwalking lingo:

'azard (MUST be spoken with an East London accent) = bollard/tied up bike/lamp post etc. Most usefully said prior to impact but just as effectively said once impact had already occur and a doodah was entangled with said 'azard.

doodah as in 'a breeze up my doodah' as quoted by Debs.  'Doodah' for anyone who was not giggling helplessly at 3am this morning is the plastic poncho supplied to keep Moonwalkers warm/dry. The breeze in question almost caused the doodah to take off with Debbie in it. Typing this I'm still giggling helplessly. You probably had to be there. Trust me. Hi-larious.

morning/ good morning - must be said anytime you greet one of the amazing Moonwalk volunteers even if its only a few seconds after midnight, pitch black and both parties are massively sleep deprived. On average expect to hear/say this 2,000 times during the race.

Releasing 17,000 women and men dressed as women into London, even at midnight = lockjam.  There were a serious number of roads to cross which kept jamming up the crowds even more and the stop/starting was hard going on cold legs. The volunteers responsible for getting people across the roads safely were STARS and couldn't be faulted. But just try power walking down Oxford Street on a Saturday afternoon and doing that for 26.2 miles straight. Not great fun. I was also really worried to see some horrible falls due to poor lighting conditions and crowded pavements and of course, tiredness. Some of the falls were plain nasty i.e concrete and faces - not a good combo. Thankfully our little crew all successfully managed to stay upright the entire route despite some very close encounters. I went flying at one point when someone else dodged a bollard but not me. Fortunately I was prevented from a headon collision as that same someone was standing on my foot at that juncture. ;-)) I also thankfully caught Sarah's mum from falling on her face after tripping up a couple of times. My ONLY useful contribution to the race proceedings! Honest.

All in all, I am ashamed to say I was completely rubbish company. Mostly because I was beyond tired. Even just turning up at the event at 8pm Saturday evening I was yearning for the exact moment I would crawl into bed 13 hours later. I sadly couldn't muster much energy to speak much and when I did I made basically no sense. Sorry girls. Most of the time I was channeling my energy into ensuring I didn't vom everywhere. Annoyingly I felt seriously dizzy from the get go. Trying not to trip up and the combination of looking in front of me through the swarm then down at the swarm of legs to find a free patch to tread and mixed in with all the flashing lit costumes (all the costumes were truly BRAlliant!!) in the pitch black sadly didn't fare well with me.

Have no idea what this is meant to be -
I think this was meant to be a Moonwalk signage in front of O'Neils - a little momento for Sarah
- clearly this didn't work but it does kinda evoke how I was feeling

Fortunately the ladies made up for my crappy race behaviour. Well Janis' feathered breasts did that all on their own. No part of London was safe.  These escaped EVERYWHERE (ok the feathers not the breasts!!) Still giggling at replaying my mental image of watching Sarah husband's attempting to re-feather his Mother-in-law's bra whilst she was wearing it and all of Janis' own commentary and attempts at keeping her feathered beauties contained for c.7 hours during the race. *major giggles enjoyed by all*

N.B. Teachers recall EVERY pupil who has ever thrown up in their care EVER and are capable of some seriously hilarious re-enactments. These ladies were on such amazing form. I couldn't have been luckier that I didn't actually end up throwing up. I'd have NEVER lived it down!

Plus it was honestly like having Sarah there with us - Sarah and her Mum have EXACTLY the same laugh, so much so, I kept wanting to check that Sarah wasn't actually walking alongside. Plus so much goss on 'when Sarah was a child' but my knackered noodle has locked these gems downs. Never fear these gems will resurface ;-))

Apparently the Moonwalk this year was themed 'Walk on the Wild side'

I want this as a pet.

In the zoo that was the Moonwalk holding bay for 17,000 intrepids - I went ahunting and found these wildly exotic but strangely familiar creatures:

Kaye and GG!!!!

This lady did this herself!!!!

The no-carb diet is making this hottie EXTRA grrrrrrrrr worthy
Soooooooooooo jealous

Flanked by two superhot wild things
Shame about my own horrible and bizzarely saggy midrift.
Please avert your eyes.
(Secret: I was sucking the gut in at this point but I still looked awful. Sad times)
Thankfully this was the only point I was this nekkid as it was FREEZING COLD.

Now I must apologise for the lack of race pics - I was too busy giggling, announcing or dodging 'azards, giggling some more and trying to alleviate the nausea and dizziness. Plus when we got to the 13 mile mark at the chelsea embankment c.3.30am in the morning - we spotted two pairs of Moonwalkers going in the opposite direction - in what we later discovered was the 23 mile mark - HOW WAS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? That was enough to make me properly retch.

Marking the end of what Debs kindly described as 'purgatory'.
It was a long walk.
Actually for me the walking was the easy part,
it was the tiredness of a long week that was killing me

We finished after 7 hours and 39 mins of walking (according to my stopwatch)
(I think the clock was for the first wave of racers who left c.20 mins before us)
NO STOPS except at the hideous traffic stops
& just a very quick loo break at the Southbank 10.5 miles in.
WE DID GOOD.

The steps - we actually started in the second wave at 11.25pm so there are another c.4000 steps to add to this race total - my 60,000 step estimation was pretty close!!

Sarah - our beautiful breakfast picnic ANGEL and the person I was impersonating
greeted us at the finish line loaded with hot tea, OJ, muffins, brioche, blueberries and MORE
Seriously AMAZING!!!  Thank you xx

In place of an official finishers photo - as I just plain forgot. Sorry.

Having Moonwalked twice now - both occasions were so memorable and it was such a genuine privilege to stand in for Sarah and walk with Teachers Extraordinaire Janis and Debbie but I'm now of the opinion that the organisers do need to sort out the crowd problem or cap the entrants numbers for this race better. It was a Zoo. A very fun Zoo. But still a Zoo. Personally I have decided that I will only EVER do the Moonwalk again if a) the Theme is the Walk of the Living Dead and b) I can dress as a ZOMBIE!!  How much fun would it be to scare all the drunks of London with hundreds of zombies walking around at the dead of night?

Mwahahahahah  - ok as it's now 3am it's back to bed I go. This Zombie has to be up for work in 4 hours - nooooooooooooo xx

p.s. MASSIVE THANK YOUS to all you lovelies who sent me Good Luck messages on the night - it meant so much to know that people read my blog and care that I survive to tell the tale!! xx

London Moonwalk T-6 hours

Just a few hours to go now and I'm getting nervous. It doesn't really feel real - am I actually doing this again? What possessed me?! That's hopefully just the nerves talking. Coming off yesterday's sugar {doughnut} high this morning was a complete bit*h. Talk about a fit of the major grumpty grumps.  Thankfully after some food, I'm now back to my normal self - but honestly I can't wait to get back to Paleo properly. It actually appears to be doing me some good.

Well the bra is on and I have my Moonwalk kit ready.  No heavy backpack this time. Hoo-bloody-ray. This time it's just me and my bumbag.  This baby hasn't been worn since well the last Moonwalk, but I haven't forgotten the drill.

My essential Moonwalk Kit:
Bumbag, Hat, Route Map,Waterproof (poor Lucinda will she ever get her SUPERmodel jacket back?)
Water Bottle, Handcream, Anti-blister stick, ipod shuffle, Fruit-tella Sweets, Bar of Chocolate, Tissues, Bank Card, Oyster Travel Card (for getting home after the event only!), Blister Plasters, Door Keys and Phone and of course my Camera

Just time to update my music selection for the walk - some tunes inspired by tonight's Eurovision I think xx

Meet the BIG GUNS!!

Hey you. I’m so happy to see YOU. I was worried for a while there - Blogger has been down since last night – nooooooooooo. Clearly I have a problem. Bloggers Anonymous here I come....

Well it’s less that 24 hours until part two of what is turning out to be an Immense May Walkathon.  As you can see the Moonwalk tent is standing pink and proud. As you will discover, my Moonwalk bra is freshly laundered and sparklicious. And you'll have to trust me on this: the 26.2 mile route has been pored over - LOVING the route btw – just as well the shops will be shut!! The dubious weather forecast has been discussed at length with ALL my colleagues – their concern is so sweet!! and MOST IMPORTANTLY I’ve hit my fundraising target.

WHOOOOOOOOP.

I'll admit I was worried. Fundraising for an event that people know you can actually do or one that you’ve already done before is so tricky and personally makes me feel like I’m hoodwinking my lovely friends and colleagues. Plus so many people run half-marathons, marathons, multiple marathons and ultramarathons now (or is my office just filled with people moonlighting as pro-athletes?!) that it is basically impossible to not feel a bit ridiculous fundraising for a more sane event (some of you out there probably violently disagree with my interpretation of ‘sane’ - I can only apologise). The one exception is of course if you are new to fitness and fundraising for your first event - a 5km or a 10km whatever, it is is an amazing feeling. FEEL the LOVE.

However regardless of your fundraising history to date as a rule people are so generous - personally I am ALWAYS scared to ask but when I do I am ALWAYS blown away. But just asking people to sponsor me always makes me nervous.  Really who likes rejection or awkwardness?! Maybe I’m alone in this but races like the the London BUPA 10km where you are required to raise £500 to redeem a charity place FREAK ME OUT. Raising this much cash takes A LOT of effort and dedication not to mention getting on your knees and grovelling big time. Just ask my bank manager - it's a unique and not to be repeated experience for both parties?! Personally I wouldn’t even dare to commit to raising that sort of amount unless I was actually running a 10km non-stop!!  Joking. Well not really. Actually I would only want to commit to raising that sort of cash for running a marathon – though for a marathon the normal charity expectation is £1000+. Talk about a disincentive to get fit! Not that I needed one for the Marathon. I know my limits.

Most probably I just lack the requisite creativity or ingenuity to be a brilliant fundraiser but fortunately I struck gold this time. So proud considering that I only left myself c.24 hours to hit my target in the end.  Since desperate action was required I decided to resort to good old fashioned, sugary coated bribery (oh the irony).

Out came the BIG GUNS:

Mr Krispy and Mr Kreme.

No-one can resist these babies - not even Paleo loving me - oh the shame!
Count the doughnuts - that's how many I've had today
SHAMEFUL ;-)

Dare I say it, it worked a TREAT. People are so generous when confronted by a doughnut. Note to self! Plus extra bonus I was tasked with establishing a new cake table - our old one has been lost during our office organisational shuffle - clearly my relationship and authority regarding all things sugary is legendary. Cake table choice numero 1 was auditioned today. Not bad but not perfect. I take my official job as Cake Monitor seriously!

Most importantly I’ve made my fundraising target - actually I smashed it - by 50% – all thanks to all my AMAZING AND WONDERFUL donators to this fabulous cause and their sugar highs!!!

Now I've just got to burn off my own sugar fix and do the steps - all 60,000 of them or thereabouts!! xx
