SUPERchick Sports Day on Saturday was definitive proof that you are NEVER too old to enjoy those childhood races of old and that sport can be ENJOYABLE!!! It was HILARIOUSLY good fun, all due to the brilliant SUPERchicks in attendance and the fab organisation (THANK YOU SUPERchick HQ). Even the weather pulled its socks up for the occassion too. Sort of.
Plus it proved to be a tough old workout too - you try bunny hopping or shuttling like a crab on all fours for 50 meters and see if your muscles don't ache afterwards!?
