Wet and Wild

Not waving but drowning?!
Gotta love GSCE English Lit

I am very nearly half way through my epic vacation. {What this lady of leisure lifestyle isn't forever! NOOOOOOOOOooooo.....} To celebrate/ commiserate I've decided that it is time to get Wet and Wild  actually Wetter and Wilder H2O Part II. Can you even imagine? I am way too uptight! Last time I was at a water park - I lost my bikini bottoms on an epic open air slide (I was 18 years old, clearly a bit thinner then and celebrating end of school exams forever with friends on holiday in Spain) and I had to climb all the way back up the 100 meter slide with all the male attendants, the queue, EVERYONE watching whilst I scrambled to retrieve my bikini bottoms. Not remotely embarrassing! (I can only thank god this was before camera phones existed ;-)) But this is the sole reason I had to come half way across the globe for a vacay!! Hahahahahahahaha. Well regardless of no longer fitting the carefree wet and wild teen self any longer, my ticket is booked and I am off to the Pizza Hut Park of Texas on Saturday for FUN, FUN, FUN - Wetter and Wilder Texan style.

It was either that or a trip to FW Zoo ;-))

This mid vacation celebration is being funded courtesy of the lovely UK pay check I received last week.  I've been pondering at what point should I remind my employers that I'm not off sick, I am actually out of the country and have been for the past two months and will be for another two months so they probably shouldn't be paying me anything??? I don't know whether to be psyched at the good fortune, nervous that I'm passively committing fraud and this is just a ruse to get me fired from my job whilst I am out of the country or upset that no-one has noticed I've not been at my desk for the past eight weeks. I don't slack THAT MUCH ;-) Clearly there is only one possible answer: My contract must include a retainer fee payment clause that I somehow previously overlooked??

WAHOOO!!

Regardless, come Saturday I won't be thinking anything except a) that slip and slide is minnnnnneeeee (fortunately I don't currently own any bikini bottoms) and b) do they sell pizza at the Pizza Hut Park of Texas? xx
