Rain Dance

Tipped off by my dad that thunderstorms were forecast for Saturday - Noooooooooooo, I decided it was time to bite the bull by the horns (wait that’s def not right – TAKE not BITE!! Never, ever attempt to bite a bull ;-0 ) and check the weather forecast myself:

Perhaps I’d better pack my swimming costume, armbands and an emergency life raft.

My Dad’s sage counsel was to do as the SAS do and strip off – ie keep your clothes dry then when the rain stops you can put your dry clothes back on. Yup that’s definitely advice I’m going to follow, papa. You’d better get the bail money ready.

I’m not completely convinced that the SAS do go around naked in the rain in jungle settings etc shooting at people and I’m so not googling ‘naked SAS in rain’ to find out - at least not whilst at the office ;-))

Wait - good news - according to Metcheck it's only going to rain for EIGHT of the predicted THIRTEEN HOURS of the race. Smile Han. Smile. Think happy thoughts xx
