Fortunately the Universe has aligned with my long-hoped-for-destiny and provided not one BUT two consecutive four day weekends for me to test out my lady of leisure credentials. WOOOO HOOOO. Today I feel as though it’s the last day of the Summer Term and I have weeeeeeeeeeks of blissful nothingness ahead of me: FYI: When you get old a day is a lifetime – I can barely remember what I ate this morning!!
My grand plans for this EPIC weekend ahead are both restorative and mission focused (well mostly):
1. Hours of sunbathing/ re-reading the forgotten principles of Paleo
2. Manning the BBQ/ channelling my inner cavegirl
3. Quaffing Pimms/ increasing my intake of fruit and veggies in preparation of Paleo
4. Preventing the killer ruffian from digging too many holes dans le jardin whilst supervising mon cavepapa landscaping holey jardin. Aka: Train the ruffian to catch fresh meat – tigers and antelope are indigenous to the suburbs of Southampton right?!
Killer Ruffian - don't let the cute pout fool you - she is 100% insane.
5. Photo shopping my face onto Kate’s on my Will and Kate Royal Wedding Commemorative Oyster Card – picked up first thing this morning. Since only 750,000 of these special edition cards went on sale today I didn’t want to risk missing out ;-)) Dum, dum, dum, dummmmmmmm, dum, dum, dum, dummmmmmmmm....
Fun times xx
p.s. Back situation is improving. Way toooo slowly though.
