It's PARTY time!!!  The MTV Video Music Awards will air this Sunday night, August 28 at 8 PM ET and we are looking forward to al the red carpet fashion fabs and flubs.  We'll of course bring you all the deets on who's wearing what and who's winning or losing on the red carpet.

Billboard Music Awards 2011 red carpet fashion preview: from best dressed to worst dressed at the Billboard Music Awards

After a four-year hiatus, the Billboard Music Awards return tonight with tha star studded red carpet fashion bang.

Red carpet fashion favorites Rihanna and Lady Gaga top the nominations lists with 18 and 12 nominations respectively. In addition to Rihanna and Lady Gaga, other red carpet favorites at tonight's event will include Mary J. Blige who teams up with Lil Wayne, Fergie, Ke$sha and Nicki Minaj, among others.

Grand diva Beyonce will be on hand to take the Billboard Millenium Award.

Tonight's presenters span the all music genres, and include Bret Michaels, Taylor Swift, Trey Songs, Kelly Roland, Keri Hilson, Jonas, Randy Jackson, Selena Gomez and Hangover 2 funny guy Ken Jeong.

So, who will be wearing whom?

That's the big question for red carpet fashion fans ..........................

Beyonce: want to be Pregnent????

In a new interview with The Daily Mail,  Beyonce plans to one day start a family with hubby Jay-Z.

Beyonce says."My ambition is to continue to learn about the world and to eventually have a family," But Knowles, 28, insists that she's in no rush to become a mother, saying that there are "no dates, no times -- it will happen when I am ready."

"Probably the biggest challenge in my life is time -- making sure I have time to be a wife, to be a singer, to be a songwriter, to be an actor and still have time for my clothing line and now for my perfume," Knowles confesses. "I am like any other woman who has a child, who has a husband, who has a job. I think it's the hardest thing about being a woman because we have so many responsibilities."
She continues: "For me, balance is always really hard to find. I love so many different things, and to have the discipline to turn certain things away and focus on one thing at a time so that I can give it 100 percent is really hard."

Still, Beyonce says she's more open to the idea of having children with her 40-year-old husband now that she feels more confident as a woman.

"It takes time to figure out who you are and I am still discovering different things about myself," she says. "More and more I know who I am, I know what I like, I know what I want, and that makes me feel so free. I don't need to hide any more."

Beyonce: Top Earning Female Musician of 2010

Beyonce and  Jay-Z have made in list of the top 10 earning musicians of 2010. Beyonce was the highest earning female on the list earning $87 million.
She was 3rd behind U2 and AC/DC who earned $130 and $114 million respectively in 2010. Jay-Z placed 6th on Forbes list after he earned $63 million. Both Bruce Springsteen, who earned $70 million, and Britney Spears, who earned $64 million, earned more than Jay-Z but less than Beyonce in 2010. Lady Gaga placed 7th earning a million less than Jay-Z and $4 million more than Madonna, who made $58 million in 2010.
